Problems with level 2 flipped map

Description
Something going wrong when using "vol flip" on really large maps without specifying "inPlace true": the new copy of the map seems to behave OK in the main 3D view, but its entry in the volume viewer is broken:
- no histogram
- the range (to the right of the "Level" widget) displays as "? - ?"
- dragging the level controller in the histogram window does *something* (the status bar prints "Done reading emd_11781.map z flip", but doesn't actually update the contours in the main display.

Appears to work correctly if I first set the step size to 1 (I'm guessing
because that forces ChimeraX to load the entire map into memory?).

I fixed this yesterday. Get current daily build. The caching of the flipped map data was wrong.
