ChimeraX with PyQt 6.6.1 issues a message "doh set to "" -- SystemOnly" on startup.

Debugging shows this is coming from Qt web engine

I also sometimes see at startup the message

"Compositor returned null texture"

which very likely also comes from QtWebEngine. Again the log seems to work fine.

It may be these are just debugging messages that are not errors that we will need to filter out in our code that logs Qt messages.

I made our qt message logger suppress messages that start with "doh set to". I did not suppress the "Compositor returned null texture" message since that may be a real error.
