Description
One arising from the Copenhagen workshop: if the model used to spawn the Interfaces tool is closed, its panel remains open and raises a traceback when anything is clicked.

I don't get a traceback clicking on the interfaces contact plot after closing the model. But I think it is a good idea to close the plot when all the atoms are gone, so I've done that.
