Chain atom spec includes density maps

Description

Atom specifiers for chains and atoms should not include density maps.

open emdb:1080
volume /a level 1

Using a chain specifier "/a" should not specify a density map, but it does as the above command changes the contour level of the map. Likewise "volume @CA level 2" changes the map contour level.

This focuses on the large density map instead of chain A of the molecule.
