Description
The mmCIF form of the NMR entry 1lpv shows a variety of bogus long bonds which the PDB form does not. The following warnings occur as the entry is opened:
Found disconnected atom H1 that is not in residue template for SER #1 in chain A
Mismatched number of atoms (863 vs. 862)
Not sure if this is a problem with the reader or with the entry itself.

This might be a duplicate of #1195. The copying of connectivity from the first NMR model to the subsequent ones is buggy when the number of atoms differs between models.
