Description
On Mac the Chimera 2 main window does not have the focus when I start it by clicking on the Chimera 2 Dock icon. Prevents directly typing a command until I click into the window.

Apparently I mistakenly closed #138 when I meant to close this. Fixed by raising main window to top of hierarchy after splash screen closes.
