Description
Some non-standard polymeric residues are not described in MODRES records and therefore either need a more chemically robust method of determining a polymeric bond, or more entries in the "standard" dictionary. Check what Chimera 1 does. See residues 5MU 54.T and PSU 55.T in 1h4s as an example.
