Use alt key to emulate middle mouse with trackpad on Windows laptops

Description
Currently there is no easy way to emulate middle mouse drag to move models on Windows laptops with trackpads. These computer probably represent a large fraction (30% ?) of the user base.

Made Alt left click emulate right mouse, and Alt Ctrl left click emulate middle mouse. Translation has been moved to right click and zooming can be done by scrolling (two finger drag on trackpad). So emulating middle mouse with the cumbersome Alt Ctrl modifier is seldom needed. There are no other modifier keys available on Windows keyboards. Can't use the Windows key because that brings up the Microsoft Windows menu.
