Description

In ChimeraX , 6c2f GLY 147 and PRO 215 are not classified as “protein,” I guess because they are lacking atoms, or backbone atoms in particular. They are the termini, at least of the coordinates.

Only noticed because I was trying to label all het res with this command:

label ~nucleic & ~protein residues
