help save/open/cartoon/dssp/... actually produces usage instead

help volume/info does actually produce the help page

Also, the problematic commands (open, save, etc.) are no longer shown as links in the Log after they have have been used.

Seems like commands defined in the core are problematic, and ones defined in bundles are not.

Nope, that's not it. "sequence" is defined in a bundle and has the bad behavior.

Status: assigned → closed

Fixed. Was broken by code for supporting documentation in bundles.
