Automatically extend registration when using toolshed

Registration expiration date should be extended automatically when ChimeraX contacts the toolshed. On the server side, the toolshed can record a UUID of the requester for generating per-user statistics - without recording user identities. On the client side, if the toolshed sends confirmation, ChimeraX can automatically update registration expiration date if the user is already registered, so users who continue to use ChimeraX only needs to register once.

Question: do we need to link the user UUID to registration information?

Completed. Currently, no statistics are being captured about tools/commands usage frequency. It was agreed that, at least initially, that type of information can be gleaned from the toolshed downloads. Precise measurements of actual usage will still require metering and reporting, but can be left for later.
