Hi. I want to access my old images created using Chimera but can’t find them. I had an account before. Then I couldn’t find it, set up a new one, then it would not let me log in using the correct password. Thanks.

I wonder if I could have 5ngz.pdb.1.20.03 sent to me here by email. Thanks.

I wonder if all the images I hd made on the previous account could be emailed to me. I am Peninnah Nina Rachel Weissman or Nina Weissman. My email addresses are peninnahrachel@icloud.com <mailto:peninnahrachel@icloud.com> or pninaweissman@yahoo.co.uk <mailto:pninaweissman@yahoo.co.uk>. I also have another Birkbeck email address. I am hoping you’ll be able to find the previous account and images and email the images to me. It would be so helpful if you could. Please.

Hi Nina,
This is chimerax-bugs@… you are sending this to, which is for reporting bugs in the UCSF ChimeraX program. Now, I'd like to help you with your account problem if I can, but unless your account was at the University of California at San Francisco, there's probably nothing I can do. I have checked various UCSF personnel databases and haven't found your name in any of them. If the account was at UCSF, what was your login name and what machine/URL was the account on. If it wasn't at UCSF, perhaps you should send mail to an administrator at the appropriate institution.
Hope this helps.

My account is one of those you normally deal with or I would not have emailed you at all of course.

Sorry, but I haven't the faintest idea what a "Chimera account" is. We're clearly having a failure to communicate here. Perhaps if you described what program you used to try to access your old "Chimera account" and what steps you took, I might be able to help. However, at this point perhaps it simply isn't worth your time.
