Description

You're right. I scrolled down to far on the ChimeraX Download page and picked the Released not the Daily Builds.  Maybe the background color on the Daily could be changed to highlight it's different from the one below. They are visually almost identical.



(That sounds like I'm trying to deflect from my mistake, but I'm not. Just making a suggestion while waiting on the download. 😊 )

  Are you sure you ran the current ChimeraX nightly build?  Because SteamVR did an update about 2 weeks ago where its compositor now generates an OpenGL error the first time you feed it two images -- a bug in SteamVR, and unfortunately ChimeraX checks for errors after it does it does OpenGL calls.  What you are seeing is that SteamVR error.  But I fixed that a few weeks ago in ChimeraX, having it ignore the SteamVR OpenGL error and just continue on.
