Would sometimes be convenient if 'build peptide' allowed just saying 'strand' or 'helix' instead of phi/psi angles, or maybe some way of saying "use this phi/psi X times" instead of typing it X times.

I don't know if it's feasible, but it would be convenient if the command accepted fewer phi,psi pairs than the number of residues being built, in which case it would simply use the last phi,psi given in the command multiple times as needed.

Okay, now if you specify fewer phi/psi it reuses the last one. The strand/helix improvement will have to wait until this comes up on my to-do list.
