"devel build" not using/finding bundle_info.xml

Description
I am following a developer tutorial
(https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/devel/tutorials/tutorial_hello.html)

I made a folder called hello_world in a home directory, and this folder contained three files:
bundle_info.xml
src/__init__.py
src/cmd.py

When I build a bundle using,
devel build ~/hello_world

I received the following error message in a log file.
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/Users/kims/hello_world/pyproject.toml'

My apologies. For some reason, I was not able to do this on my company
computer; I tested this on my personal computer, and it worked well
(ChimeraX 1.5). Please close the ticket.
