Axial and coronal pucks not aligned with middle slice

Description

When the segmentation tool first opens the axial and coronal segmentation cursors don't go to the middle of the image, even though clicking on one of the views correctly places the segmentation. The positioning difference goes away after changing the slice once.

The solution I came up with, to set the position in the rendering loop, should absolutely be redone at some point.
