Description
If I trigger the appearance of a floating window (e.g. the bug reporter) its starting position seems to be defined relative to one corner of the ChimeraX window, without considering whether that will actually put it on-screen. This came up when I had the main ChimeraX window dragged about 3/4 down the screen so I could see a webpage behind, and tried to bring up SEQCrow's 2D Structure Builder to copy a molecule from it - the Structure Builder window was entirely off-screen and inaccessible.

Confirmed on Windows. When I drag ChimeraX so only the menu bar is visible, and then try to display the Bug Reporter, nothing appears. This was also a problem in ChimeraX 1.1, but not a problem with Chimera 1.15 :-).

It seems that I could use QGuiApplication::screenAt(point) to determine if the dialog appeared on any screen. then move it to the main screen if it didn't appear

On my home Mac (Qt 6.4.3), if I drag the ChimeraX window mostly off the bottom of the screen and bring up the Bug Reporter, the Bug Reporter appears fully onscreen, and this message appears in the log: "Window position QRect(798,1358 100x30) outside any known screen, using primary screen". I don't have a Windows machine at home to test on.
