7 <p>in the end I figured out that the problem was due to the  "Sim
8 Fidelity", which is set to "High" by default. Changing it to
9 "Quick" solved the problem.</p>
10 <p>For the moment, I did not follow up further, whether the "High"
11 mode is just infinitely slow, or whether it really crashes, or
12 whether there were other problems as well.<br>

14 <p> I did not check either whether there is is a problem in the
15 underlying installation so that the GPU is no longer used
16 correctly. I may come back to you.<br>

18 <p>I think it would be good to put a warning in the ISOLDE doc about
19 these different modes and to suggest to use by default the "Quick"
20 mode.</p>
