1. 1.5.3 release schedule
   • Eric fixed the earlier bugs but still needs a few hours to deal with new problem with AddCharge failing silently during Morph
   • Greg is fixing unicode problems
     • Windows registry is fixed
     • os.environ needs to be changed to unicode
     • exec and spawn still need to be fixed to use unicode
     • Should be fixed tomorrow
2. Migrating Chimera web site
   • "svn switch --relocate" should make fixing working copies less painful
   • Conrad will test migration script before sending it out
3. Writing
   • Annual report is due by end of month
   • Draft of grant proposal R&D section due by end of month
