2. Update on Modeller extension
   • Eric added call to Modeller evaluation server from ModBase dialog
   • Conrad is working on task API
   • Evaluation server code need to run thread
   • Need to read Modeller output and place into ModBase dialog
   • Need to set up web service on Opal
   • Elaine will review UI wording
3. Command line use of sequences - YZ/Scooter
   • Modeller tool command line must be able to name sequences specifically
   • If the main purpose if for Cytoscape-Chimera link, is it better to run Modeller on Cytoscape side?
   • Command line for MAV/Modeller in 1.6?
     • Run in GUI mode
     • Simplifies Cytoscape access to modeling functionality
