2. 1.5 release schedule - Conrad
   • Loose ends

     • Default Mac distribution (Cocoa vs Aqua) (X11 as alternative?)

3. CIF2 - TomG
   • RCSB does not appear to intend to use it for mmCIF
   • CIF2 driven by small-molecule crystallographers
   • CIF2 will not affect us until CIF2 files are much more common place
4. Atom specifier for surface pieces - TomG
   • Conrad will review OSL code and report on how to hook into parser

   • Modeller tool command line must be able to name sequences specifically
   • If the main purpose if for Cytoscape-Chimera link, is it better to run Modeller on Cytoscape side?
