1. Release 1.4 status.
   • Greg thinks he fixed broken links for instructions on web site
   • Greg tested on Ubuntu 8.10, 9.04, 9.10beta using low-end ATI machine. 9.04 does not work, but 9.10 works.
   • Greg will test on mid-range ATI and Intel on-board graphics card.
   • TomF mentioned that we will have Windows 7, to be installed on mid-range machines.
   • Eric has fixed many Elaine-reported bugs.
   • Greg fixed nVidia pbuffer problem with saving images. Still needs to test on newer machine, eg Scooter's.
2. More discussion on adco scenario.
   • Intro: HIV, look at spikes, focus on gp120, gp41 from gene ENV, strains and clades
   • Antibodies: previous "broadly neutralizing" not really effective, Science paper describe two that are promising against all clades
   • Elaine walked us through the sequence/molecular structure part of the demo.
   • We will continue on Monday's group meeting.
