   • Selector Constructor Panel - remove menu item
   • Surfnet - keep because someone uses it
   • named volume subregions - remove from GUI
   • precomputed volume subsamples - remove
   • ResProp coloring interface - remove, low priority
   • Resolution button in Side View - remove, low-res display code can also be removed, button reorganization may be helpful
