• Douse results-browsing tool; implemented all suggestions from #7066:
  • Refactored code to support separate Check Waters tool
  • Change sphere depiction to stick
  • Reduce distance font side and # decimal places to reduce crowding
  • Always show H-bonds
  • H-bonds and Density table columns (lots of changes to table code)
  • Check Waters only:
    • Put in Structure Analysis category instead of Volume Data
    • Help page, courtesy of Elaine
  • Douse: radio buttons across top
  • Douse-launcher tool (Phenix→Water Placement)
  • Use PhenixUI as bundle name (leaving Tristan's Phenix bundle)

• NIAID: Change Chain IDs command and tool
• Fixed UniProt fetch (Chimera too)
• Fixed crash in spatial search where values were not halvable
