    558558Phil: manual interactive segmentation in VR would be a game-changer. If you could go inside the model and adjust the surface or the fill of a 3D region it would be very useful.

TomG: Scooter may prefer fixed-price.  Darrell: possible but requires more specific deliverables. (although "support, training, tutorials" even though vague would be considered specific deliverables, with some quantification, like "at least 3 workshops" or "helpdesk response time within 24 hours")
