| 89 | Phil: short meeting today. Re NIH3D, discussion of Eric's email showing that the "contacts" approach is fine for identifying a contiguous structure with molecular surface or VDW spheres, but not ribbons or other representations if sidechains are not shown. Phil: I think it's OK to get rid of the smaller disconnected piece in the ribbons case. Eric: I can use an alternative method of identifying discontinuous parts in the case of ribbons/struts and only show the largest one. Kristen: I've seen a few with floaters like ions. Eric: printable presets should hide ions. Send us the info when you see cases like this. |

| 91 | Kristen: for NIH3D, we figured out that we don't need ChimeraX to have TotalSegmentator. We've been able to use it directly as a python package. However, you may want to include it for other reasons. Zach: it may be in the final SOW but deprioritized. Elaine: I see "add support for ML-based tumor segmentation tool" in the SOW, don't know if that's the same thing. |

| 93 | Darrell: when were we thinking about a visit? Phil: February, we think was the conclusion. Can you send us information about places to stay (and in budget and convenient location). |
