+TomG: should I bring the MSI laptop?  Not that big but is very loud. Meghan: I have a fancy new touchscreen laptop. Oh, I need to make sure ChimeraX gets installed in the software lab, hasn't been done yet. We got a lot of response to our advertisements. No times set for Thursday yet, but lots of interest. I'll create a booking (?) Phil: yes, I need to get back to people on the times. Meghan shows screen with short survey, was sent to several listsrv (struct bio sig, local buildings) by Yasmine, got 73 responses so far! about 40% molecular, 40% cytoscape, 20% med image, mostly Mac users.

Meghan: we put Zach in the bigger because availability starts at 1:30, whereas the smaller is available at 1:00. How many people can you take? TomG: for mine, we can fill whichever room I'm in.  Meghan: we'll have to waitlist some people, but some also signed up for both TomG and Zach which are at the same time, and we also expect some no-shows. The workshops will be recorded, so people who can't get in will still be able to see them online later, at least.

+Meghan shows questions from the survey. When to use ChimeraX vs. Chimera. Elaine: there is a web page. Meghan: I sent that to him, but wasn't sure if it was up to date; would be good to add a last-modified date on the page. Elaine: will do.

+Zach: I can make pre-recordings of my presentation tonight so we can make those available.  Phil: if Zach is willing, can do the presentation twice.  Zach: maybe I could do a shorter version, for the reprise after TomG's demo, for the people who wanted to go to both his and mine. Meghan: need to find out whether these rooms are close to the terrace, as to whether we can easily send people from one to the other. Karlynn: hallway, terrace is up stairs, classrooms are down. I think rooms 1/2 are under terrace, rooms 3-5 on the left.  Meghan: maybe I can come by on Tuesday and evaluate the spaces, leave TVs on terrace. Are we concerned about leaving them there overnight?  Will ask the staff about that.
