     47Meghan: so, are you going to come visit?  Phil: tentative dates in Feb?  Scooter: the week of Feb 20 (Tues, Mon 19th is holiday)? Meghan: avoid Dulles, BWI is probably best.  Kristen: I pick the cheapest of the 3 (another is Reagan aka DCA). Try not arrive at rush hour. Scooter: round trip airfare $523 SFO-BWI.  Kristen: hotel about $150/night, that may be the per diem. Hilton is $122 currently.
