  • Confuses ChimeraX and Chimera
  • Does not understand atomspec syntax.
  • Zach says it was trained on 2018 online data.

• Chimera release, when?
  • Wynton upgrade CentOS 7 to Rocky 8 in Spring 2023 will be the end of Opal web services.
  • Eric will see if Opal web services can be replaced with ChimeraX ones.

• Splunk
  • If Greg or Scooter can install Splunk on plato will monitor web services.
  • Will give usage, including ChimeraX 1.3, runtimes on the server, per-blast database use....
