-September 22, 2023: ** Combine sessions ** - opening a session with the [https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/open.html open] command option [https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/open.html#combine combine true] (e.g.,"open session-file.cxs combine true") merges the incoming session with the current session instead of closing it first. Model numbers in the incoming session will be changed as needed to avoid duplication.  Please report any bugs you encounter, since some tools may need further enhancements to work correctly when combining sessions.

 September 9, 2023: ** Z-translation with mouse ** - additionally pressing the Ctrl key when using a translation [https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/ui.html#mousemode mouse mode] (translate selected models, move picked model, etc.) switches to Z-translation
