     6June 17, 2022: ** Alignment reference sequence ** -  The overall numbering at the top of a sequence alignment can now be made to corresponding to the numbering of a particular sequence in the alignment (the "reference" sequence).  Also, display of the numberings to the sides of the alignment can be turned on or off.  All available through the alignment's "Numberings" context-menu item.
