• Medical software talk
  • Zach will give a talk about ChimeraX medical imaging on October 27 in Fremont. May involve VR.

• ScholAR
  • Piet is starting school again on Sept 26. His last day at the lab will be Monday, Sept 23.
  • Greg suggests Piet give a ScholAR talk on Monday for the ChimeraX developers.

• Flu shots
  • Flu shots are required by November and available at Mission Bay at the hospital walk-in.

  • Demonstration visualizing 200 similar structures to Nipah virus G protein.
  • Alphafold 3 is much faster than AlphaFold 2 and may cause much more use at UCSF when the code is released.
