  • Looking into ARM64 Linux ChimeraX distribution
  • Automated testing that builds work and running test suite when ChimeraX source changes.
  • Using Github Actions for automated testing.
  • Using pytest for test suite on Github Actions. A bundle can add tests to a bundle tests subdirectory.
  • Documentation for testing system is on our web site and also on readthedocs.
  • Readthedocs supports multiple versions, currently ChimeraX 1.8 and daily.
  • Discussed git message aid in utils directory, .gitmessages.
  • Studying add a lighting GUI.
