• NIAID contract extension signed
  • NIAID indicates that they will sign another contract next year at same nominal value
• BeeGFS hiccups
  • Could be affecting Webservices, causing workers to die
  • Should extend worker startup script to monitor whether they're alive & restart if necessary
• CombFold presentation (slides: )
  • Runs AFM on all pairs + three additional 3-5mers for each subunit, based on that subunit's highest confidence dimer interfaces
  • Much better performance than AlphaFold Match alone
  • AFMv3 better on ICS but CombFold k_D predictions from PRODIGY/CombFold correlate well with predictions from experimental structures
