  • Zach got ChimeraX working on Linux ARM on Rasberry Pi
  • Has graphics limitations.

  • Piet has prototype animation tool he can demonstrate.

• ChimeraX training
  • Tom G gave 90 minute tutorial toPurdue structural biology and biophysics club.
  • In January Tom G will give 5 days of ChimeraX and machine learning methods tutorials to macromethods course students at UCSF.

• Eric work in progress
  • Fitting with emplace local can omit already fit regions.
  • Improvements to fit ligand.
  • Next want to show multiple fitting solutions.

  • Chimera Trac moved to mariadb from sqlite
  • Will move ChimeraX Monday if Chimera Trac shows no problems.
