  • Computers alex and aris are being replaced and new machines have operating system Rocky 9.
  • Still configuring the new machines.
  • When the switch to the new machines is made (this week or next) the RBVI VPN will not accept connections because the new machines do authentication.

  • Selina will have grad school interviews until Feb 10.
  • Described progress on metal ion prediction, nnUnet training and validation, universal model abdominal organ segmentation.
  • Discussed methods to integrate these 3 ML methods into ChimeraX using AWS, Google Colab, local computer, or UCSF cluster.
  • Discussed next step of creating a paper outline to publish nnUnet lung tumor segmentation and universal model work.
