  • Currently deactivating CGL spam filtering and bounce handling since Proof Point now does this.

  • Difficult to maintion AlphaFold Google Colab service, breaks once a month.
  • CPU only is too slow, 60x slower than Nvidia 3090.
  • Mac Metal AlphaFold not working, residues all overlapped.
  • Wynton cannot access internet needed by ColabFold. Tom Ferrin suggests seeing if Wynton can allow access to ColabFold server.
  • Described various collaborations.
  • Two new Quest 3 VR headsets set up.
  • Meta AppLab distribution of LookSee held up by Meta not allowing academic organizations, requires "personal" organization. Tom Ferrin suggests trying UCSF entity credentials.
