  • Scooter added intro paragraph on extensibility. Tom will add details.
  • Decided to add a table listing 7 extensions we describe, short description, main author and organization. Shows extensions are developed by others.
  • Decided author order: Elaine, TomG, Eric, Greg, Zach, Scooter, TomF
  • TomG will add structure about templates rarely changing AlphaFold predictions.
  • Updated title to mention Analysis.
