• ChimeraX paper
  • Reviewed current rough draft of ChimeraX paper.
  • Lots of material, currently at 16 pages, will be trimmed.
  • Discussed Protein Science journal audience appropriate content for Extensibility section -- not too technical.
  • Developer oriented text can go in supplementary material.
  • Commands to produce figures or for examples in cryoEM section can go in supplementary material.

• N453 door lock maintenance
  • N453 door keypad partially working, accepts unlock for day code, but not unlock once code.
  • Maintenance order issued to replace battery and fix.
  • Battery was replaced not many months ago, so may be other problems.

• StarMap journal club, Elaine's ​slides
  • User interface to run Rosetta to refine atomic model in cryoEM map.
