  • ChimeraX is official TCIA (The Cancer Imaging Archive) viewer software, and mentions VR capability on TCIA software list.
  • Zach showed 4 quadrant ChimeraX view with 3 orthogonal planes and one 3D surface view of DICOM chest scan.
  • Discussed ways of overlaying segmentations on dicom images.
  • Zach demonstrated segmenting in 2D planes using discs.
