  • 8% score is better than the 10% NIGMS R01 funding threshold.
  • Will take weeks or a month to get the review to see if budget was acceptable.
  • Not sure when NIH committee makes final funding decision.
  • Funding start date would be March 2023
    • Actually, according to ​NIH Grant timeline council will meet in August or October and our funding could start in September or December.
