    • Made ChimeraX find python 3 or python 2 phenix installs in standard locations.
    • Made an initial phenix douse water gui, focuses on each water in list

    • Join peptides (on NIAID contract)
    • Handle new pdb assembly chain ids with dash "A-2"

• Move toolshed to it's own IP address and it's own Apache instance -- Greg/Scooter
