• Practice Cytoscape cancer talk
  • Scooter showed applying single-cell RNA seq Cytoscape tools to different kind of breast cancer patient data.
  • Practice talk for American Association of Cancer Researchers in New Orleans.
  • Showed scNetViz plugin, UMAP, data from TCGA cancer database

• VizVault projector
  • Someone will need to evaluate new projectors for vizvault.
  • Scooter suggests getting someone to look at repair of current Christie projector.
  • Tom Ferrin says right lens needed on a new projector to fill screen.
  • Also want projector sufficiently bright to use with lights on.
  • We do not expect to use LCD stereo glasses with new projector.
  • Funds for buying new projector from a few years ago no longer available.

Action Items

• Move toolshed to it's own IP address and it's own Apache instance -- Greg/Scooter
• Set up toolshed test instance (UCSF only) -- Greg/Scooter

• Move webservices to https only and extensively test chimera to make sure it works
