  • IS3 says supposed to have security management plan for UCSF, does not exist
  • That is supposed to drive department plans

• Qt 6
  • Can we use Qt 6 in ChimeraX 1.4 and drop older Linux operating systems?
  • Binaries not available for CentOS 7 or Ubuntu 16, 18
  • Depends on newer glibc than on those operating systems
  • Announce ChimeraX 1.4 last old Linux release (will use Qt 5 on old Linux, Qt 6 on new)

  • Delete light microscopy section
  • Delete MD for model building, keep MD for cryoEM fitting
  • Ask for new letters of support with updated date
  • Ask Burley and Kleywegt to mention machine learning databases in new letter
