• R01 resubmission
  • Tom Ferrin says all is ready except 1 page resubmission letter, he is working on.

• NIAID contract renewal
  • BCBB new prime contractor has not been announced yet.
  • NIAID will work on our contract as soon as contractor announced.
  • We need to provide statement of work, current draft needs more detail for 2 FTE.

• Grant leads assigned by Scooter
  • Zach will lead CZI grant
  • Eric will lead Phenix grant
  • TomG will lead NIAID contract
  • Everyone will be involved in ChimeraX R01.
  • Grant lead does not mean they do all the work. Lead has responsibility to make sure it gets done.
  • Each week at group meeting lead will briefly summarize progress on grant.

Action Items

• Move toolshed to it's own IP address and it's own Apache instance -- Greg/Scooter
• Set up toolshed test instance (UCSF only) -- Greg/Scooter
• Clean up VirtualHosts on our web servers -- Greg/Scooter
• Move webservices to https only and extensively test chimera to make sure it works
• Create self-signed certificate for webservices-test -- ongoing, Greg has run into a weird error
• Document new vpn setup on Linux -- Scooter
• Set up 2-factor authentication for hal2 vpn -- Scooter
