+  - The .27 subnet was down this morning.  Lab web sites, plato unreachable.
+  - Appears .27 network has unexpected dependency on N108 power.
+  - Should only require Byers 101 to get .27.
+  - Subnet .27 comes to N453 via N108.
+  - UPS put in bypass mode while power was off.  Power came back on and UPS tripped.
