+* Level-of-effort on grants
+  - To avoid holding up Paul Adams Phenix 24 grant, must address NIH concerns about UCSF team level of effort being beyond 100%.
+  - Need Eric, Elaine and TomG level of effort on all grants include Phenix R24 to be no more than 100%.
+  - NIH reports level of effort at 15 - 17 calendar months, needs to be 12 or less.
+  - NTT Data contract is main problem.  Level of effort is incorrect for contract.
+  - Funding for future new hire is not accounted for.
+  - Tom Ferrin will arrange meeting with JoAnne, Tara, Scooter, to straighten out effort reporting.
