  • R01 resubmission
    • Remove MD for interactive analysis
    • Add AlphaFold to aim 1 section
    • Resubmission letter will say what we changed, not a rebuttal of previous review
    • Need more detailed effort estimates to justify budget
  • Replace or repair laptop
    • Cost to repair $750, new M1 Max laptop $3500
    • Discussion of trade-in of old laptop, $1150 "post repair"
    • 2019 broken laptop also needs new battery, also wifi drops frequently
    • M1 laptop will aid porting ChimeraX to M1, although current Mac Mini will do
    • New laptop will need new UCSF security exemption
    • Tom F says security paperwork more significant than cost of new machine
