- New machine learning computer
- Scooter found HP Omen machine 10 i9 cores, 64 GB ram, 2 512 NVMe, 2 TB, ~$4000, Nvidia RTX 3090, Windows 11, custom configured, $4000.
- HP machine could replace Boxx machine in vizvault
- HP is not in Bear Buy, would need purchase order.
- New Mac laptops expected to be announced Monday.
- Could use wifi 6 with Quest 2 for VR, but would need security exception to run wifi 6 router. Could instead try that by home.

- AlphaFold on Wynton
- Next step is to make a cxservices account that can submit wynton jobs and have ChimeraX services use that account.
- cxservices account will be part of ferrin group to allow wynton jobs.
- Longer than 2 hour GPU job can run in institutional A40 GPUs. Just request time longer than 2 hours and it should queue onto one of those GPUs.

- Next step is to extract aims of all grants to google doc to assign names of lead on each aim.

- Interaction will be released in 6 months, next Phenix / ChimeraX releases.

- Aristotle and Alexander moving to wynton since they have multiple Kerberos accounts, avoids difficult P4 level security requirements.
