• Chimera 1.13.1
  • Changes include - fixing proline rotamer, align chains, independent rotation in scenes
  • Greg will widen Chimera check-update dialog so dot release link will still be visible

  • Linux installation instructions still inaccurate (installer name wrong, ​ticket)

  • distlib vs modern Python packaging
    • Need code to detect shared libraries/DLLs in bundle to be installed and only install on restart unless not imported yet. Conrad will create ticket.
    • Linking across bundles still does not work on Mac. Don't know about Linux.
  • Move to Python 3.7
    • Update to latest numpy
    • Update to latest msgpack using pip (if possible)
  • Need to move to PyQt5 5.11 (after Python 3.7) to get Vulkan support
    • Fixed: CSS warnings in log was caused by using url quoting for file paths in css
    • Greg will build installers
  • Eric implemented the "torsion" command for reporting angle. Can set if middle two atoms are connected.

• Conrad will create ticket for restarting on installing bundles that replaced shared libraries/DLLs that are currently in use
